Who CBD Al Islami are

An Islamic window: a Shariah-compliant division inside a conventional bank.

Listed by the CBUAE as 'Commercial Bank of Dubai P.J.S.C' under Banks with Islamic Windows. Two consumer Islamic credit cards, both mirroring conventional CBD products: Al Islami Super Saver (Visa Signature) and Al Islami Infinite (Visa Infinite). CBD names its three ISSC scholars publicly, which most issuers in this dataset do not. It does not, however, disclose the Shariah contract underlying its credit cards anywhere on the pages read — an unusual gap for a bank that is otherwise transparent about governance.
