Who Alinma Bank are

A fully Islamic bank — every product it offers is Shariah-compliant.

Markets every card as 'fully Sharia-compliant' / 'a card compliant with Shariah rulings and controls' but does not name the underlying contract anywhere on its product pages or in its published fee schedule. The consumer range is the widest of any Saudi bank reviewed: three mainstream credit cards (Platinum SAR 100, Signature SAR 250, Infinite SAR 300), three Saudia AlFursan co-brands, two Travel akthr travel cards, and five charge cards (Classic, Gold, Platinum, Signature, Infinite) for which no fee, profit rate or earn rate is published anywhere. Two internal conflicts are unresolved: the fee PDF says the monthly profit rate is 1.9%-2.5% and the APR is 22.8%-22.87%, while the live product pages say 1.9%-3% monthly and 'starting from 34%' yearly; and the fee PDF says card replacement is SAR 50 while the product pages say SAR 15. Its published international transaction fee of 2.7% exceeds SAMA's 2% Article 48 ceiling.
