A fully Islamic bank — every product it offers is Shariah-compliant.

Five consumer credit cards plus an instalment plan marketed as its own product. QIIB is the only Qatari Islamic bank in this set that does NOT name the Shariah contract behind its cards anywhere public - it says only 'All our cards are Shariaa compliant and offer competitive rates' and quotes a 1% monthly finance profit rate with a 5% minimum payment. Its pricing model is also structurally different: card annual fees are charged only to customers NOT eligible for that card tier through their banking package (Wajaha, Deyafa, Platinum), so most cardholders pay the package membership fee instead of a card fee. QIIB is the most expensive issuer here for cash access (4%, minimum QAR 15, PLUS a 2.15%/3% FX loading) and for extra supplementary cards (QAR 500 for the second onward, against QAR 100 at QIB and AlRayan).
