Which cards are included
The card's reward is cashback, and the bank describes it as cashback. Cards that mix cashback with points, and cards that pay store credit or a one-off welcome bonus, are not included.
The order
Lowest published annual fee first, then alphabetical by bank and card name. Cards whose annual fee the bank does not publish come last.
What this is not
A filter, not a verdict. The order says nothing about which card suits you, and nothing about how sound a card is under Shariah.
