Islamic credit cards with the lowest minimum income in Malaysia

If your income is modest, start here. 4 of the 86 cards on sale in Malaysia publish a minimum income, and all 4 are listed below, lowest first.

How this list is built

Which cards are included
The 12 cards with the lowest minimum monthly income the bank publishes, plus any card tied with the 12th. Cards that publish no minimum income are left out, because we will not guess one.
The order
Lowest minimum monthly income first, then lowest annual fee, then alphabetical by bank and card name.
What this is not
A filter, not a verdict. The order says nothing about which card suits you, and nothing about how sound a card is under Shariah.

82 cards are left out because the bank publishes no minimum income

Of the 86 cards on sale in Malaysia, 82 do not have a published minimum income, so they cannot be placed in this order. That does not mean they have a high one. Ask the bank.

Profit rate is the rate the bank publishes on an unpaid balance, not the APR. Where a bank does not publish a figure we say so rather than estimate it.
